2019 Sparkling Grenache Rosé

Camp 4 Vineyard, Los Olivos District
These Grenache grapes were picked for Rosé from Camp 4 vineyard. The base wine was fermented in neutral oak for 6 months, bottled and rested on tirage for 1 year. Once our scientific calculations told us aging was done and the secondary fermentation was finished, the wine was disgorged, corked and labeled for our Spring 2022 release. We bottled Unfiltered and Unfined, so you may find some sediment at the bottom of the bottle, which is totally natural and a lil’ crunchy.
Freshly muddled strawbs, cotton candy lacroix, lemon verbena, bright acid tang, rose petal *pop pop* on the nose. Saber the top off of this bottle and pour bubbles with your friends in celebration. Live, laugh, love. xx
